Q: How long after placing my order will it ship?

A: currently our turn around time for all orders is 3-5 business days. That is not when you will receive your order, it is when it is dropped off to ship.

Q: If I place two orders can I combine them? 
A: only if it is within 2 days of placing your order and it hasn’t been shipped yet.

Q: What is your return policy? 
A: we have an entire section on returns. We do not accept any returns because all orders are made to order and/or customized.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: you may cancel within 24 hours of placing order. Please email ctldesignsllc@gmail.com

Q: what is there is an issue with my order/product?

A: please email ctldesignsllc@gmail.com and we will get back to you to fix the issue.
