Everything is final sale. We do not accept returns and provide refunds by CTL Designs. However, if there is an issue with your order please reach out to us by email within 3 days of delivery. A store credit will be issued if deemed necessary. Please send the email to ctldesignsllc@gmail.com and include your name, order number, contact information, and pictures of item(s).
